Welcome to ArWebCloud. By purchasing or using our RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Service Usage

Our RDP services are provided solely for legal and ethical purposes such as browsing, data analysis, and software testing. You must not use our servers for any activity that violates local or international laws.

2. Account Responsibility

After receiving your RDP, it is your responsibility to immediately change the default password to ensure account safety. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your RDP login credentials. Any unauthorized use or data loss caused by sharing your credentials will be your responsibility.

3. Service Duration

If you purchase your RDP on 2 January, your service will expire on 1 February (30-day cycle). Access after the expiry date will be automatically disabled unless renewed before expiration.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing illegal files or content
• Running hacking, phishing, or cracking tools
• Using the RDP for DDoS attacks or malicious activities
• Mining cryptocurrency without prior permission

5. Abuse Policy

If any abuse, complaint, or illegal activity is detected on your RDP, ArWebCloud reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your service without prior notice. Refunds will not be provided for suspended or terminated accounts due to abuse.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the server fails to deliver within the specified time or is found to be non-functional at the time of delivery. No refunds will be issued once login details are delivered and the service is active.

7. Support

Our support team is available 24/7 via email and WhatsApp. We strive to resolve all technical issues as quickly as possible.

8. Agreement

By using our RDP service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.

ArWebCloud reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
